The **Women’s & Children’s Health Network** provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia. We are the state’s leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA’s largest maternity and obstetric service.

**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Acute & Community Services team as **Regional Team Manager** on an **Ongoing/ Permanent** basis at **Full Time** basis.

As the Regional Team Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve early childhood health, development and wellbeing outcomes for children, predominantly up to school age, and their families in South Australia. This is achieved by the promotion of positive parenting and provision of universal and targeted programs.

The Regional Team Manager provides operational leadership and support for an inter-disciplinary team including responsibility for the effective and efficient management of human, administrative, financial and physical resources in keeping with organisational objectives.

The main focus of this role is the line management, coordination and leadership of the inter-disciplinary team activities, including where relevant, such local resource management as to achieve continuity and quality of client care and outcomes.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you should be a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years post registration experience in management and leadership roles.

In this role you will put your effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills to work. There is a requirement to participate in and contribute to key decision making processes at a senior level and ability to lead and promote consumer engagement initiatives.

There is a requirement to be able to work independently and under limited direction to meet deadlines and achieve agreed outputs whilst working with demanding and sometimes competing priorities.
