This is an opportunity for an immediate start in a new office location due to our client's continued growth.

You will join an amazing team of property managers, admin, leasing and trust accountants.

**This is a pivotal role with added responsibility from the new office location to over-see their South of River Portfolio.**

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude
- Minimum of 1 year experience (Desired)
- Valid Police Clearance
- Current Property Management Registration & CPD points
- Valid driver's license
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation
- A positive and focused approach
- Be customer service focused
- Experience using **PROPERTY TREE**:

- Be IT savvy and embrace technology | Office 365
- **MUST BE fully vaccinated (Including booster) & willing to get the Flu shot**
