**People & Culture Advisor**
- 6 month full time contract
- Based in Parramatta
- Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week

**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our dynamic People, Culture and Workplace team for a 6 month opportunity.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the role will provide support to the team in delivering operations, strategy and projects. This includes providing support and assistance to P&C Business Partners and P&C SMEs on a diverse range of P&C issues, initiatives and projects working across Organisational Reviews, Recruitment and Onboarding, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Change Management, Policy Reviews and Salary Reviews.

Additionally, it will operate as the first point of contact for P&C enquiries from managers and staff across the business and is pivotal in coordination and undertaking of processes and tasks that deliver P&C services.

The role will also see you being pro-actively enhancing the administrative systems, processes and procedures that support the P&C partnering team to ensure consistency and a high level of governance.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR plus a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role w ithin large multidisciplinary and diverse organisations
- Proven ability working in a complex work environment with agility and flexibility
- Proven effective, consistent, and timely delivery of P&C services when providing frontline support to employees and managers
- Experience in preparing employee correspondence, liaising with managers on HR matters, as well as developing templates and policies
- Process improvement initiative and a strong attention to detail
- Great customer service skills, ability to build rapport and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders of all levels
- Experience in maintenance of the HRIS system relating to employee and positions
