Home of Four ‘n’ Twenty Pies, Patties Foods are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the Maintenance Team at our Pakenham Site

We have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor based at our **Pakenham **site; you will be a crucial team member within Maintenance Team; ensuring our production and manufacturing processes are safely and effectively maintained to achieve production outcomes.

- Demonstrated store experience (minimum 5 years) in a trades/engineering store is favourable.
- Demonstrated Engineering experience (minimum 5 years) in a trades position and favourable if supervision experience in a fast-paced environment including the distribution of high quality product in FMCG.
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A systematic approach to problem solving/trouble shooting.
- Understanding of and commitment to preventative maintenance principles and techniques and implementation.
- A proactive and flexible approach to their role.
- Experience with the training and developmental of staff.
- Contractor Management.
