Disability Support Worker

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients live independently, stay connected with their community, and reach their personal aspirations.

Your day-to-day may include:

- Providing **personal care** and daily living assistance
- Supporting clients in **social, community, and recreational activities**:

- Assisting with **meal preparation, transport, and household tasks**:

- Encouraging **independence, dignity, and choice** in every interaction
- Following individual support plans and reporting on progress About You

We’re looking for people who bring:
✔ A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Reliability, flexibility, and a positive “can-do” attitude
✔ The ability to work independently and within a team

Essential Requirements
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check** (or willingness to obtain)
- Current **Working With Children Check** (or willingness to obtain)
- Current **First Aid & CPR Certificate** (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid **Driver’s Licence** and access to a reliable vehicle
- **Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)** or equivalent (desirable, or willingness to obtain)
- Valid **Australian work rights**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
