**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Sunshine West.** you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities. This role requires **8 hours per week**, the shift will run from **9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.** Type of Care that will be provided: Personal Care Domestic Services and Transport Service.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
