Prospector is offering a fantastic opportunity to join our growing organization. We are a close-knit team that is expanding at a rapid pace and we would like to invite you to be part of our journey. Prospector is a SaaS platform that is used widely in the Media, Marketing, and B2B industries. We combine data intelligence with Industry news to identify opportunities for our users giving them a competitive selling advantage, whilst revolutionizing sales prospecting. We are looking for an Account Manager that will be responsible for developing client relationships that promote subscription retention and expansion. You will manage the process from onboarding, training, and developing long-standing customer relationships. You will work closely with all departments to ensure client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Onboarding**: Onboarding new users by taking them through our onboarding framework. You will be responsible to guide your clients throughout their journey and help them become _Prospector _champions.
**Key Contacts**: Maintain a strong relationship with decision-makers to ensure they continue to invest in our products. You will understand their needs, deliver value, build rapport and overcome objections.
**Client Support**:We have developed an excellent customer advocacy program that will guide the level of client support required. You will be supported by our client service team, who will work closely with you so you can ensure all clients are receiving the necessary support.
**Client Expansion**:Upsell, expand, and upgrades are the three core ways that will help you to drive your territories growth.
**New Business**: You will identify sales prospects based on our core clients using _Prospector_ insights, referrals, inbounds, FileMaker CRM, LinkedIn, and other research tools.
**Renewal and New Business Plans**: In collaboration with our General Manager you will prepare & maintain a plan to help you achieve the renewal and sales forecasts.
**Person Specification**
- 2-4 years experience in relevant customer-facing roles with strong relationship skills
- Computer literacy, exposure to MS Office, G-Suite and CRM tools
- Proactive problem-solving skills, ability to anticipate future problems
- Ability to emphasise and understand our client's goals
- Persuasive skills - to lock in meetings with sales reps that are always “busy”
- Superb organisation skills
- Confident, professional, and engaged presenter
- Excellent people skills, the ability to build lasting relationships, networking, and understanding client complexities.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
- Driven and go-getting attitude
- Industry Knowledge in Media and Marketing is desirable
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Results-oriented: motivated to exceed business goals
Most importantly we are looking for someone who is passionate about their job and wants to help us write our exciting journey.
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
