**Power Audio Visual Perth** is a leading sound, vision and lighting hire/production company that provides Audio Visual, Lighting and Staging equipment to various venues, businesses and personal clients in Western Australia.

An opportunity has arisen for an energetic and enthusiastic Hire/Operations Manager to develop the existing Hire/Production department and build a loyal customer base at our Claremont office.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Hire Department including but not limited to quoting, staff management and labour organisation, manage and maintain our Audio Visual equipment, along with production/project management.

**Experience & Requirements**
- Minimum 3-5 years previous experience working in the Audio Visual industry
- A high-level working knowledge of audio, lighting, visual (TV, projectors) and LED screens
- Ability to lead, drive and motivate a production team by example.
- Possess exceptional customer services skills
- Industry tickets (White Card, Scissor Lift, forklift will be looked favourably)
- Current Driver's License (manual required, a medium or heavy rigid license is preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- A passion for the events and audio-visual industry and a desire to advance your skills
- Productive and efficient work ethic - this is a fast paced industry so you must be able to work quickly but with care
- Excellent presentation is essential at all times.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
