What you will work on

We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail store leadership team at Hype DC Claremont

As the Store Manager you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

Who you will work with

As a business leader, you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

What you will work on

  • Create a people first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team
  • Passionate about creating a WORLD CLASS team and a MAGICAL VIBE within their store
  • Running a multimillion dollar store you will be required to drive our financial sales goals and metrics
  • Delivering on the brand vison and strategy
  • Being on the floor 80% of your week, you will ensure that our customer is at the core of our everyday business decisions, and we provide MEMORABLE experiences 100% of the time
  • Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
  • Recruitment selection and onboarding of all new team within your store
  • Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to our consumer in-store
  • Ensure your store shows up as best in class through Visual Merchandising excellence
  • Have a desire to push yourself to be the best version of you at work every day
  • Ensure our stores are not only a FUN, but a safe place for our customers and team

Who we are looking for

  • A team player who strives for excellence across Sales, Operations and team development
  • Experience and passion for delivering best in class experiences
  • A coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI's targets
  • A leader with a motivated & driven 'Make it Happen' attitude
  • Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth
  • Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics
