**The Role**:
People ask what’s a typical day like working with this team? the answer is never dull We are seeking an experienced, high calibre Regional Operations Manager to join our business and ensure we retain our excellent reputation for service delivery and meet the needs of our clients during catastrophic weather events that impact their local community. In your new role as Regional Operations Manager, you will take charge of leadership and day-to-day running of Regions in Victoria.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Carpentry / building trade background
- Experience managing construction projects
- Ability to lead & motivate a team
- Strong problem solving & organisational skills
- Demonstrated negotiation & analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple & competing priorities
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Fantastic work ethic & the desire to grow within the company
- Competent with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office & construction estimating software
- Strong communication skills - both written & verbal
- Planning & organisational skills with proven experience delivering projects on time
- Operational experience of project delivery software desirable
- Familiarity with OHS practices, legislation & regulations and current market rates & trends
- Australian driver licence
