**About the Role**
To support our continued growth and new and existing major projects, we are seeking skilled and qualified truck mounted attenuator (TMA) drivers in Wangaratta and surrounding areas.
You require a minimum of 6 months experience operating a Truck Mounted Attenuator to apply. You must also be willing to undertake standard traffic shifts on occasion.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Operate a TMA to set up and shutdown traffic management to control traffic as per traffic management plans
- Participate in the closure of the freeways or major roads to protect incident scenes and make safe for road users
- Provide roadside traffic management services and resources to clean up after an incident
- Implement and monitor operational Traffic Management Plans
- Monitor traffic behaviour and flow to ensure safety is maintained at all times
- Control traffic, pedestrians and cyclists to protect maintenance workers, work crews and members of the public
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 6 months experience operating a Truck Mounted Attenuator
- Hold a current OH&S White card
- Current traffic control tickets
- MANUAL Driver's licence and own reliable transport to attend work
- Heavy Rigid (HR) licence
- Availability to work days, nights and weekends
