K ROV is creating a new division branching out into the café business. We are looking for an experience café manager with at least 10 years’ experience.

All applicants must be able to but not limited to the following:

- Strong people skills may it be with customers or employees to create an inviting environment
- Proven track record of having been in charge / supervised the production of consistent high-quality coffee in various varieties.
- Accounting skills to ensure all ins and outs are properly lodged within the software / being able to train staff to do so as well.
- Keep track of all stock levels and manage such with mínimal oversight from parent company.
- Ensure all works undertaken are compliant with health and safety standards.
- Must have Queensland drivers licence or equivalent.
- Must have at least Cert IV in Hospitality.
