Opportunity for amazing relationship builder looking to start their career in sales.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person who loves coffee to join our team and as a casual Territory Manager.

Your job will be to help build the h.alt hype in Sydney by getting h.alt milk into the coolest cafes around, encouraging new customer trials and by maintaining relationships with our current cafes and their teams.

About h.alt:
Founded in 2020, h.alt is Australia’s first barista crafted hemp milk.
With a creamy taste and rich silky texture, h.alt is the new hero of plant-based alternatives. Hemp milk (the h in h.alt) complements coffee just as well as any mainstream milk, with a unique taste and a texture other alt milks wish they had.

We have a growing team who are passionate about plant based milk, great coffee and working with amazing people. We have big plans for the future and need your help to bring them to life.

About you:

- You are keen to work in relationship management, sales and business development for a growing start up.
- You have some experience in sales
- You are passionate, ambitious and always go the extra mile for your family, friends and customers.
- You enjoy plant milk in your coffee and believe it’s the way of the future.
- Your peers would describe you as friendly and confident.
- You enjoy putting yourself out there and connecting with new people on a daily basis. There is no such thing as an awkward conversation for you when talking to new people.
- You are very organised and enjoy planning out your day to set yourself up for success.
- You are driven by the desire to hit and exceed targets and make the most of every opportunity that comes your way.
- You enjoy working independently, while contributing strongly to the team.
- You are resilient and bounce back from setbacks quickly.
- You have a valid Australian driver's license so you can get around to spread the word about life the h.alt way. (essential)
- Bonus points if you have worked as a barista or in a cafe.

Role responsibilities:

- Help us build the h.alt milk hype across Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs by bringing on new customers and by maintaining relationships with our current customers.
- Help build customer loyalty to our brand, we are looking for someone who has new ideas that they want to test in the market.
- Prospect new customer leads; follow up referrals; identify new opportunities and markets.
