**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and motivated individual to join our Service team based in the Dandenong branch. As the Field Service Coordinator, this role will see you organising the day-to-day Field Service Department activities within the Victorian division, including planning work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver Hitachi’s promise of Total Customer Satisfaction.

**Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for**:

- Booking and scheduling all Field Service works for Victoria as well as managing invoicing and work in progress
- Maintaining a high level of customer communication
- Ensuring safety and efficiency of field service technicians
- Ensuring effective utilisation of equipment and resources in line with customer requirements and agreed budgets
- Preparing and updating work orders and timesheets in a timely manner, maintaining documentation and warranty claims with 100% accuracy
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Scheduler/Planner or similar role
- A strong customer service background with exposure to earthmoving or similar industries preferred
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills while managing your time efficiently within a high paced work environment
- Experience in coordinating the opening and closing of service information
- A strong ability to handle several tasks simultaneously with an ambition for achieving success
