Service Coordinator

Requisition ID: 34951- Job Location(s): Dandenong South, AUDanfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Service Coordinator to handle all service request enquiries, process all service requests, allocate service engineers as well as manage spare parts, customer quotations, billing and time tracking for the internal or external service teams.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
- Book in and coordinate onsite service requests and workshop repairs.
- Arrange stock for onsite, workshop & cross border repairs (Globally) and arrange cross-border service requests
- Handle all warranty & goodwill service requests.
- Create the quote for the customer, invoice the customer and authorize payment to the service partner company
- Managing the service stock & stock transaction at levels and the dispatching out of customer orders/service stock
- Create a suitable service report for the customer, based on the service engineer report and in collaboration with the internal service team.
- Maintain good relationships with service partner networks and with both internal & external customers.
- Identify service gaps, unmet needs and areas for continuous improvement, in consultation with the service/engineering manager to develop a plan of action.

**Background & Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years’ Service administration/Coordination position within a manufacturing/ engineering organisation
- Strong customer focus
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to build a strong rapport with customers
- Experience using SAP and Salesforce
- Basic understanding of the supply chain process
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Flexible and can deal with change
