Our client, a leader in promoting quality teaching and leadership in the education sector, is seeking a Part-Time Project Coordinator to provide high quality administrative support and be responsible for the successful coordination and completion of projects. This position is a part-time hybrid role with flexible hours (Tuesdays in office essential). 6 month contract that may extend.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Work independently and with teams to assist in developing, maintaining, tracking, and monitoring project plans, schedules, risks, and issues
- Monitor and manage the reporting on project progress
- Organise and manage project and governance meetings as applicable, including recording actions and decisions
- Undertake project tasks as required, including managing smaller projects and acting as liaison between PMO, project teams, and external service providers
- Follow up on the completion of post implementation reviews and recording of lessons learned.

To be successful in this role you will need to be highly motivated, understand project governance and reporting requirements and possess outstanding attention to detail. You have excellent communication skills, an ability to work closely and collaboratively with various stakeholders, in a dynamic environment. You understand business processes, are organised and efficient in completing tasks and have the ability to adapt quickly and prioritise your work.
