**Remuneration**: ASO8 - Salary Range ($121,107 - $125,679p.a.).

**About the opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced people leader with the capability to manage a multidisciplinary team in a complex service delivery environment. This role will play a pivotal role in leading, supporting, and coaching team members to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of designated financial services to SA Government client agencies. **About you**

To be successful you will have:

- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or management or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a multidisciplinary team providing support and enablement functions to support the efficient and effective delivery of financial services to clients.
- Proven high level written and verbal communication skills, through engagement of key stakeholders including executives, clients, and suppliers on complex matters.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team, including the and development of strategic goals and objectives to maximise team performance and continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Proven ability for strategic, analytical, and innovative thought and action, and the ability to think laterally when analysing and identifying business solutions.
- Proven ability to manage risk and compliance activities, data analytics and reporting functions in a service delivery setting.
- Possess and promote a commitment to service excellence and the continuous improvement of service standards and culture.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively contribute to the sound management of financial budget outcomes.
- An awareness of the relevant legislation, policies and procedures, including Code of Conduct, EEO and cultural inclusion.
- An understanding of and ability to work to the spirit and principles of the Premier’s Safety Commitment and the legislative requirements of the Work Health and Safety Act 2012
