The role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as the Manager, Financial Services.
In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Director, Strategy and Corporate Services and will provide financial advice and strategic guidance across the organisation. The role requires original thinking, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to enhancing financial decision-making, organisational performance, compliance, and financial literacy across the Education Standards Board.
About You
With your blend of expertise in corporate leadership, you will excel in leading a customer-centric team and driving organisational success.
You will drive the development and enhancement of financial controls, issue resolution mechanisms, delegations, tools, systems, and guidelines that strengthen internal capability, ensure compliance, and mitigate financial risk. Your ability to build strong relationships with senior management and government stakeholders will be instrumental in advancing corporate initiatives and achieving organisational objectives.
