Lagardère AWPL is thrilled to be partnering with healthy eating chain **Liv Eat **to open a brand-new store at Melbourne Airport in the coming months

Founded in Tasmania, Liv Eat offers delicious healthy food options including fresh salads, sandwiches, smoothies, snacks, burrito bowls, wraps, coffee and more

To support this busy concept, we are seeking an experienced leader to support our Store Manager with operations.
- Proven experience working in food & beverage environment
- Proven experience working with food safety guidelines and protocols
- Natural ability to coach, develop and motivate others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with stock replenishment and waste minimisation
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to drive sales
- Availability to work rotating roster incorporating early starts, late finishes and weekends

As we operate in a dynamic airport environment, our store will trade 7-days from 6am to 10pm. With this in mind, you would need to be reasonably flexible with your availability and have the ability to work a rotating roster incorporating early mornings, late finishes and some weekends.

Offers of employment are conditional on the ability to gain and maintain an ASIC pass (requires a Federal Police Check).
