We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, client-centred, and innovative leader to support our vibrant STA team in Toukley.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll be entrusted to drive real impact with your inspiring hands-on approach and innovative approach in achieving client choice, empowerment, and goals. You will thrive with your expertise in team leadership, empathic support, stakeholder management, quality & compliance, and administration.

**About You**
You're passionate about capacity building clients in developing connections, helping clients become work ready and confident in stepping into the next chapter of their lives
You’re determined to make a positive difference to clients’ lives, your team, and your local community
You can flexibly lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with a strong sense of ownership
You have a flair for creativity (or you can inspire creativity in other others) and can turn ideas into reality
You have the demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people
You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
