Then read on We tackle everything from commercial green spaces to high-end prestigious residential, servicing locally to both South and North Brisbane regions with our head office located near the Brisbane Airport. **A little about GLL**: - Offering secure, consistent work - even during the slower growing seasons - Work life balance - no late nights 38 hours Mon - Fri (mínimal Saturday work required - rare occasions) - We will assist you with learning on the go and refining your skillset - 5 Star Google review incentives paid and rewards for our people who excel in their role - We will offer ongoing training to reliable and high performers - You will be nurtured and trained up by your Team Leader - Complete our 6-9 month program and be eligible to move up into a Team Leader role conditions apply - We appreciate and value our team members - We love a laugh but also take a lot of pride in our work and this shows with our results. **Maintenance Roles Include**: - Garden maintenance including hedging, mowing, and pruning - Acreage mowing using our specialised mowers - Extensive garden clean ups and restorations - Enhancements including mulching, planting, fertilising, and top dressing - Working on commercial and residential sites - Maintaining establishment periods post landscape construction - Liaising with clients, GLL managers, stakeholders and team members - Working outdoors on a range of sites with varied horticultural tasks - enjoy the fresh air **About you** - You need to be the type of person who takes pride in their work, navigates problems proactively and is honest, reliable, and committed - Team member who is willing and able to assist their team members and makes sure works are carried out safely - Possess a great attitude with the willingness to work hard and learn - We are looking for a good, fun person, who gets stuff done Whilst being detail orientated and committed to customer service - our customer experience means everything to us **Job Types**: Full-time, Casual Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 38 per week **Benefits**: - Professional development assistance Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends **Experience**: - Garden maintenance: 1 year (preferred) - Horticulture Landscaping: 1 year (preferred) - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - White Card (preferred) - Driver Licence (preferred) - police check (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: On the road
