**About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Landscape Maintenance Personal to join our hardworking team at Tuff Yards Pty Ltd in Greater Brisbane, QLD. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments. As part of our dedicated gardening and landscaping crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine appearance of our clients' outdoor spaces.

**What you'll be doing**
- Performing regular mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns and gardens
- Pruning and shaping shrubs, hedges, and trees to maintain their aesthetic appeal
- Weeding, mulching, and raking to keep gardens tidy and well-maintained
- Assisting with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Responding promptly to client requests and addressing any issues that arise
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar landscaping or gardening role, preferably in a commercial or residential setting
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail to ensure a high standard of work
- Familiarity with the use and maintenance of various gardening equipment and tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to access job sites
- Valid White Card (Construction Induction Training) - essential for all work sites
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20kg regularly
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with appropriate work rights
- Desirable but not essential: Certificate III in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens, First Aid Certificate
