**What you’ll be doing**
What does a normal day in the life of a Product Integrity and Consumer Safety Specialist role look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- Managing regulatory compliance and associated product approvals to ensure products meet internal and external product safety standards.
- Conducting product assessments, and reviews of product testing and inspection reports involving working with external testing, certification, and inspection bodies.
- Maintaining systems and procedures to ensure that changes to product safety standards and regulations are adopted.
- Participating in product safety and compliance investigations in response to customer complaints, regulator contacts or other product safety/compliance contacts
- Providing technical support to the buying and marketplace teams to build their product, consumer safety and compliance knowledge

**What you’ll bring to the table?**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with extensive knowledge of Australian product safety and compliance requirements and regulator interaction
- Technical, quality assurance and compliance experience within the retail or supplier consumer goods environment
- Understanding of related regulatory frameworks, product safety and Australian standards.
- Experience in building quality management systems and processes
- Proven ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong project management skills to drive results cross-functionally.
