Maintenance Person

Quest Woolloongabba is a 4.5 star, 132 room property located near the iconic 'Gabba' Stadium, and boats a stunning roof top area with views of the city.

Quest Woolloongabba now has an exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance/House Person to join its team on a parl-time basis working 20-25 hours per week.

The Role

Involves providing general maintenance of apartments, property grounds, as well as repairing and maintaining equipment to ensure positive experiences for our guests and the safe and efficient operation of the property.

Additionally the roIe shall involve supporting and undertaking housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments (studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments) and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs.

Will demonstrate pride in their work, a high level of attention to detail, excellent time keeping, an approachable, friendly demeanour, flexibility, maturity to work unsupervised, a strong appreciation of workplace safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

They will be competent and have experience in conducting basic handy person duties such as plaster patching, painting, repairing, replacing door hardware, and minor furniture repairs.

Prior experience in a maintenance role is essential, and a trade qualification would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
