From bowling strikes to arcade highs, we’re growing fast and we’re on the lookout for passionate, reliable people to join our team.
We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Coin Collector & Auditor to join our technical team on a 3-month fixed contract, with a strong chance to extend and expand into additional venues after the initial term.
About the Role
If you like variety, travel, and working independently, this role is for you.
Based in Woolloongabba, you’ll travel between our satellite arcade locations across Brisbane’s South Side, visiting hotels, shopping centres, and entertainment venues to ensure our machines are running smoothly and ready for play.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Collecting and banking cash securely and accurately
- Auditing gameplay and redemption stock for accuracy and accountability
- Performing basic maintenance and cleaning (coin jams, plush unblocks, etc.)
- Ensuring machines look great and operate smoothly
- Ordering plush and confectionery stock as needed
- Travelling between sites on a scheduled route (93c/km reimbursement)
- Reporting technical faults and coordinating with the National Satellites Manager
Full training will be provided to get you up to speed on machine operation and maintenance.
About You
We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and confident working both independently and as part of a wider team.
You’ll need:
- A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and great time management
Experience in cash collection, vending, route service, or auditing will be highly regarded but not essential.
