**We are seeking a strong leader to join us as the State Manager in our Coorparoo office in QLD. In this position, you will be responsible for driving key objectives related to sales performance, service excellence, profitability, and other essential business KPIs. You will ensure that state strategies align with regional pricing and operational processes. Additionally, you will facilitate effective collaboration between the regional and state teams, fostering a customer-centric and people focused culture.**
**As a leader, you will provide effective support to your staff, empowering them through mentorship and guidance to achieve their full potential while ensuring that all team members adhere to the company’s code of conduct. Your leadership will be instrumental in inspiring an engaged and high-performing team.**
- Lead and manage the sales and service team, ensuring all financial and operational KPIs are met.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and service plans that enhance revenue and profitability.
- Foster a customer-centric approach to maximize market potential, including CRM tool integration.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on pricing, promotions, and product launches.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Uphold compliance with legal and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Drive continuous improvement across sales, service, and administrative functions.
- YOUR SKILLS**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Leadership Experience**: Extensive background in managing and motivating teams within sales or service environments, with a focus on performance enhancement through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
- **Proven Sales Expertise**: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive environments, with a strong focus on revenue generation and market share growth.
- **P&L Management**: Proficient in managing profit and loss responsibilities, including budget development, financial performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making to improve profitability.
- **Analytical Skills**: Skilled in data analysis to identify sales trends and inform strategic decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and clients.
- **Collaborative Approach**: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to drive cohesive strategies and initiatives.
- **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: Results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities while addressing market challenges.
- **OHS&E Knowledge**: Familiar with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment standards, promoting a culture of safety within the sales team.
