Kitchen Supervisor

**About You**:
We are looking for multiple enthusiastic Supervisors to lead and mentor a small team in Rosebud. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the kitchen role in helping drive the kitchen forward and creating a safe and fun work place. You will be the conduit between management and employees ensuring daily operations meet objectives.

**Duties may include but not be limited to**:

- Prepare kitchen & get ingredients ready for food preparation.
- Work alongside supported employees, peeling, chopping fruits etc.
- Assist with measuring ingredients and supervision of kitchen equipment.
- Sterilize jars and closely supervise cooking activities.
- Assist to clean up kitchen, plan and prepare for the next day.
- Place orders, enter invoices, get product ready for dispatch.
- Support employees with any skill development, and enter notes on Carelink system.
- Ensure food safety requirements have been adhered to and required documentation is completed.

**To be considered for these roles you will be able to demonstrate.**
- Qualifications and or similar experience in a hospitality setting
- Ideally have experience and/or a strong passion for working and assisting people of all abilities
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with patience under pressure
- High level organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of and lead a multidisciplinary team

**You will need the following checks prior commencement**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Working with Childrens Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain;
- All applicants for this role must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process.
