**The Role**

Anglicare’s North Coast Home & Community team provide support and services that enable our clients to maintain their independence - living happily and healthily within their own homes. We provide nonclinical and clinical services to people living in the Community.

Our North Coast
**(Sunshine Coast) **team are currently looking for a
**full time Team Leader on a permanent basis. **We are looking for someone to recruit and orientate new staff as well as manage a small team of community workers
**. **We are seeking a Team Leader who has a particular interest and experience in aged care, the recruitment process from start to finish

This role is based on the Sunshine Coast and will be 7.6 hours per day from Monday through to Friday 9am to 5pm.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who has experience and confidence with:

- Excellent computer skills - must be above average in this area
- Be able to use a range of software programs, internet and Microsoft efficiency
- Leading a Team
- Recruitment / Orientation
- Confident with online learning platforms
- Supervision and mentoring of new staff members
- Able to manage the on-call phone for 7 days once every 6-8 weeks
- Proficient in aged care services with a well-established career in community aged care
- Enthusiastic, compassionate, and personable
- Organised, with strong time management skills
- Confident in non-clinical, community-based services
- A strong communicator - both written and verbal

We will also require the follow qualifications and credentials:

- Certificate IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care or Disability Services or equivalent
- Current Queensland Driver Licence and your own, reliable vehicle
- Current COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Tetanus and Hepatitis B shots
- A National Police Certificate
