We have **two roles** come up in our diverse and growing Simply Better Care team. Looking for a **Passionate Personal Carer (female)**, and a **Dedicated Community Suppport Worker (female)** to assist our loyal clients in and around Logan Council Area.
- SOLID **WORK ETHICS**:

- **PASSION **TO DELIVER PERSONAL CARE (BATHING, TOILETING AND SHOWERING etc.) TO PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
- THE **ENERGY **TO MOTIVATE THE CLIENTS TO ENGAE IN ACRIVITIES AND PARTICIPATE IN THEM IF REQUIRED?
- LIVE IN **LOGAN OR NEARBY**?
- ENJOY WORKING WITH THE **REGULAR CLIENTS**?
- **EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES**:

- INTEREST IN A **FIXED ROSTER** THAT CAN HELP YOU MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOU TO MANAGE OTHER COMMITMENTS IN LIFE ?
- Regular availibility in the morning
- Being able to work night shifts would be great
- Valid Drivers Licence and a reliable / maintained car

We ensure our team members are valued and recognised for the effort the put in, and can offer the above Industry Pay Rates and Reward and Recognition to our Carers and Support Workers.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

**Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
