- HAVE SOLID **WORK ETHICS**:

- ARE **PASSIONATE**TO DELIVER PERSONAL CARE INCLUDING BATHING, TOILETING AND SHOWERING TO PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
- HAVE THE **ENERGY AND THE ABILITY**TO MOTIVATE CLIENTS TO ENGAE IN ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SWIMMING AND BRISK WALKING.

ALSO BE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN THOSE ACTIVITIES WITH THEM WHEN REQUIRED
- LIKE WORKING WITH THE **SAME /** **REGULAR CLIENTS**:

- HAVE EXPERIENCE OF HELPING PEOPLE WITH **MENTAL HEALTH**CHALLENGES
- PREFER TO HAVE A **FIXED ROSTER** / **CONSISTENT WORK SCHEDULE** THAT MAKE MANAGING OTHER COMMITMENTS IN LIFE EASIER
- Ongoing availability in mornings and afternoons
- A valid Drivers Licence and a Reliable Car
- Already have or be willing to go through a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) with positive outcome

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
