**The Role**

Russell Healthcare are looking for Support workers who genuinely care and enjoy helping individuals with greater independence. It is Important to understand every individual’s needs and how they wish to continue living.

Locations: Logan, Bethania, Yamanto, Forest Lakes

We are on the hunt for experiences carers ready to work across multiple clients. Experienced with working with ASD, ADHD, PTSD, seizure management, youth work, psycho-social and emotional support.

Daily support will entail creating routine, encouraging independence, hygiene awareness, meal prep, accessing community via public transport, finding new hobbies.

**YOU MUST BE QUALIFIED**

Services we provide for our clients are.
- Domestic Assistance
- Personal Care
- Social support
- Transport
- Shopping, doctor’s appointments etc
- Meal preparation
- Dementia care
- Palliative care
- High needs care
- Squalor and Hoarding cleaning
- Respite care
- Sleep overs
- Lawns and gardens

**Skills and Requirements**

It is a requirement to have had at least 12 months experience in this industry and all up to date certifications to be qualified for an interview.
- Police Check
- NDIS Workers screening
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- First Aid Certification
- Cert 3 in Disability or Aged care
- NDIS Mandatory training cert (we can provide training)

Russell HealthCare is a community-based service provider that offers support to people with intellectual and or multiple disabilities, alongside the NDIS.

We are involved in the day-to-day details of our client’s care, from identifying the different types of care and support, to finding the right care worker.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:
