LEAP is a Defence project for the supply and operation of living-in accommodation for single members of the Australian Defence Force. We work in small, close-knit teams who will be there to support you on your journey. We get seemingly impossible done, but first and foremost, we do it safely always.

**The Position**

Based at the **Holsworthy Barracks** in **Sydney **you will provide proficient and professional support as the Cleaning Supervisor. Do you like to be paid to work public holidays? If they fall between Monday to Friday, you will be paid for them even if you are not rostered on
- Full Time Role - Monday to Friday Roster
- On Call component (one weekend in three if emergencies only)
- Excellent training and on-boarding
- Free On-Site Parking
- Long term contract over 10 years
- Managing a dynamic team to provide encouraging guidance and success in their work
- Developing rosters of scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements.
- Manage front of house office requirements for accommodation bookings and general enquiries.
- Strong view in support of Job Safety Analysis and well-being
- Encourage team commitment and motivation
- Maintain up to date cleaning processes and procedures, and assist in review of process and procedures

**The Person**
- The ability to work autonomously and successfully manage a small team
- Previous housekeeping management experience
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Able to pass a police clearance
- Functional Medical with Drug and Alcohol test
