**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a **Mobile Cleaner/Supervisor** - This is a hands-on role, leading from the front and driving standards across some key client sites in the region. The role will require someone who can drive standards, is comfortable with machinery, and is able to work into the evening. These hours may vary depending on our client and company needs.
- Working with a customer service focus, keen eye for detail and pride in the work you deliver.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques along with the ability to use cleaning equipment - both standard and specialised (Steam cleaners, buffers, scrubbers, pressure washers).
- Provide cover for team members who are absent, this will involve general commercial cleaning and will require completion to high standard.
- You may be anchored to a site in Sydney where you will be expected to perform general cleaning duties and supervise the team.
- Able to provide supervision and training to our team members in Sydney.
- Able to travel where required (Newcastle, Wollongong, Lithgow etc) for work orders or supervision.
- Able to use systems to complete photo uploads and electronic reports, must be able to use smart phones effectively.
- Must be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job.
- You must be able to work alone and follow your schedule to the needs of the company.
- Flexible with working hours, most commercial cleaning is before or after business hours.

**Schedule**:

- Times of work may vary, no earlier than 6am starts and no later than 12am finishes.
- Weekend work may be required depending on client needs.
- There will be emergency call outs so an applicant who can be available for short notice works will be required.
- A company car will be provided with equipment which you will keep at a safe location at your premises. Fuel and travel are paid.

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**License/Certification**:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver License (manual desirable)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
- Test and tag certification (or willing to obtain one)

**Work Authorization**:

- Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $31.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Mechanical Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Police check (within 12 months) (preferred)
- Manual Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
