**Job Title**: General Laborer - Construction Cleaning

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer for construction cleaning to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe working environment at construction sites. This includes removing debris, cleaning surfaces, and performing general maintenance to support the progress of the construction project.

**ABN** $38.00 Per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Remove construction debris, trash, and scrap materials from the site.
- Sweep and mop floors, walkways, and other areas to remove dirt and dust.
- Clean windows, glass, and other surfaces to remove smudges and construction residue.
- Perform basic cleaning and sanitation tasks in restrooms and common areas.
- Organize tools, equipment, and materials to keep the site orderly.
- Assist with preparing the site for inspections by ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
- Ensure all work areas are free of hazards and debris, promoting a safe environment.
- Use cleaning agents and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as touch-ups or organizing construction materials.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction cleaning or general labor is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety precautions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

**Work Environment**:

- Construction site environments with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to follow safety protocols and wear necessary protective equipment (e.g., hard hats, gloves, etc.).

**Schedule**: Full-time, with potential for overtime based on project needs.

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
