**Your new role**

Someone who enjoys a high volume workload and understands building processes will be most suited to this position. Managing pre-construction documentation, surveys and approvals; your organisation and time management skills will lead you to success in this role. Your role to provide administration support to the Client Services Administrator, from post-sale to the handover of construction. Someone who is completely customer focused and will always go the extra mile to supply that luxury experience will be most suitable.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Reporting to the Client Services Officer, you must have:

- Recent experience in the construction industry, preferably residential construction
- High level customer service skills
- Confidence in managing a high volume work load
- The ability to work closely in a team of 2
- Intermediate MS Office skills, specifically Word & Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills & communication skills (both written and verbal)
- The ability to build relationships and maintain rapport
