Risk Manager

This newly created opportunity will see you be responsible for continuously improving and educating on the Risk Management Framework and related policies, tools, and procedures. In addition, you will:

- Deliver and facilitate workshops within the areas of risk management, control identification and control uplift, as well risk indicators and risk culture and awareness activities.
- Assist in the delivery and facilitation as required of education programs to uplift risk culture and awareness.
- Assist in the preparation of Risk Management Reports to the Group’s Boards and Board Sub Committees, and complete deep dives and incident management.
- Work with Senior Leaders and Business Units to assist with uplift in risk and control maturity and updating and communicating relevant policies and procedures, guidelines, tools, and other strategies in support of effective risk management across the RAA Group.
- End to end process mapping for business operations.
- Assist in the review and tracking of relevant management actions from the Internal Audit function.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

- A strong understanding of risk management processes, principles, practices, and standards including ISO31000.
- Ability to think logically / analytically and prepare and/or present clear and concise reporting information.
- Facilitation skills for large or small group workshops as well as the ability to design and deliver training programs / materials at or for all levels including online materials as required.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders.
- Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be an innovative thinker with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
