Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously improve a structured approach to the way services are understood, governed, strategically planned, including analysis of service needs, purpose, outcomes, levels of service, costs, performance indicators and the delivery model.
- Facilitate and support stakeholders in reviewing service delivery models and costs to ensure they provide the best value and are sustainable.
- Design and deliver the key Focus Area projects and benefits, in conjunction with the Focus Area Lead, the change manager, and the program management team.
- Manage the implementation of initiatives and benefit realisation in each of the Focus Areas.
- Deliver key processes within the Governance and Delivery Model with respect to risk management, planning and delivery and reporting requirements
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience with service planning, design, evaluation, and review.
- Demonstrated strong Project Management experience including managing risk, dependencies, stakeholders, resourcing, and budgets.
- Extensive experience facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional sessions to develop shared and prioritised strategic outcomes.
- Strong business acumen, with relevant experience in operating at a strategic level, providing insightful analysis, and thinking to senior leaders and organisational decision makers.
- Highly competent in leading complex projects, with the ability to influence others to achieve a common goal.
- Strong communication skills with experience facilitating and leading workshops to achieve desired outcomes.
