Hays manufacturing are seeking experienced factory workers for multiple positions.

**Your new company**

Your new company is a leading national powerhouse of manufacturing aluminium windows and doors. With franchises across Australia and continuously growing, this is a great company to work for with great stability and team culture. The company is currently in need of experienced factory workers to join their assembling team.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for assisting with daily duties including:

- Assisting the team in lifting and dispatching orders
- Assembling and manufacturing aluminium frames for windows and doors
- Complying with all WHS standards and procedures
- Taking every care with the handling and transportation of goods
- Maintaining a personal neat and tidy appearance and other duties as requested.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful for this role you must have proven experience in a similar position or environment, as well as:

- Be physically able to perform all work in relation to the position, assisting with heavy lifting will be essential.
- You will also need a comprehensive understanding of relevant WHS legislation,
- Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and hold a current C class drivers’ licence.
- Any relevant tickets or licenses such as Truck Licences (MR, HR, HC, MC), Forklift License (LF, LO), White Card and Asbestos Awareness ticket will be highly advantageous.
