**How You'll Shine**

The Regional Sales Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our Preview Centres located throughout Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. Primarily, you will identify and implement operational efficiencies, ensure accurate financial reporting and drive a high performance culture.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring a superior Guest experience is delivered at each of our Preview Centre's
- Fostering an environment where your direct reports are encouraged to challenge the status quo
- Implementing strategies to continually develop and grow your team
- Providing onsite and remote support to Preview Centre's based in the abovementioned territories
- Providing out of hours support to the business from time to time
- Undertaking system testing with associates based in the United States & India, at times outside of hours
- Accurately reporting on Sales & Marketing financials
- Identifying & implementing operational efficiencies in collaboration with the Director, Sales Operations

**What You’ll Bring**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience managing a large team
- A sound understanding of financial reporting and monthly profit & loss management
- Project Management expos
- The ability to travel both domestically and internationally, at times with limited notice
