The Opportunity_**

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is an exciting opportunity to progress the Sales and Admissions function and processes for the group. Infinite Care operates 17 residential aged care facilities across three states and has a growth mandate to expand further across the country in the coming months. In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify, develop, and implement a “best in industry” sales and admission model.

**_ Key Responsibilities_**
- You will have the important responsibility of providing a first and long-lasting impression for enquiries and admissions into all Infinite residential aged care facilities.
- Lead the team to develop and maintain strong relationships with referrers to maximise sales opportunities on an ongoing basis.
- You will be pivotal to lead the maintenance of site occupancy levels through the provision of exceptional customer service to prospective residents of our facilities.
- Management and coordination of all processes and systems for sales; tours, enquiries, enquiry follow up, coordination of open days, admissions, and welcome process.
- Ability to confidently lead a team that manages day-to-day resident and family queries in relation to admissions and complicated aged care financial requirements.
- Effective management of service levels and customer service including assisting team members to deliver on customer service promises.

**What we expect from you?**
- Highly experienced in a sales and business development background, able to engage with a range of key stakeholders and develop strong business relationships quickly and confidently - we need you to think outside the aged care box
- Evidence of success in a trust-based sales environment, with ability to transfer skills into the aged care environment. A level of integrity is essential.
- A result orientated individual with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in a highly regulated and complex environment.
- A highly organised and determined self-starter who can work independently but communicate collaboratively with all required stakeholders within the Infinite organisation and the wider aged care referral community.
- Ability to lead a team to confidently manage day-to-day resident and family queries in relation to admissions and aged care financial requirements.
- Knowledge of aged care legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, and financial guidelines relevant to an aged care environment would be advantageous.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship building capabilities.
- A high level of report writing skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- High level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as fast and accurate typing, CRM (Hubspot)
