They are currently seeking an Administration Officer experienced in WH&S document control to bolster their dynamic team.

**The Role**

As the Compliance & Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's adherence to safety and quality standards through efficient administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing WH&S documents, acting as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, overseeing daily communications, and handling general office administration duties.

We are seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities and qualifications:

- Prior experience in office administration and document control, with exposure to WHS processes and compliance systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and adeptness in data management.
- Ability to gather and analyse data, presenting insights in comprehensive reports.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to task completion, ensuring both timeliness and quality.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- While not essential, qualifications in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or equivalent are desirable.
