**About the Role**:
A long term established importer/wholesaler is seeking a suitably qualified, and experienced person in administrative/client support, to manage the office, liaise with customers, and handle duties for management.

We are looking for our next office Extraordinaire, to work in a great Small business environment, small team in the Furniture and Home decor Industry. who is seeking long term employment. Start your next phase, in the exciting furniture and Home Decor industry.

**About you**:
Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment. Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem-solving, and in exercising judgment. The ability to multitask.

**Skills required**:
Minimal Training provided, as you will already have experience in the below skills.

**MYOB: Advanced: Essential**

**Requirements in MYOB (essentials as follows)**
- Monthly BAS preparation and lodgement
- Monthly Super and lodgement
- Bank Reconciliations
- Inventory management
- Debtors

Expertise in **Microsoft Excel** (Immediate to Advanced)

Other duties will include Freight Calculation and Logistics for both ecommerce and wholesale.

We are a wholesale business working with Retailers and online Retailers. Some experience with Ecommerce would be a big advantage.

Hours would be **9-5pm. 3-4 days week,** **Rate at $29 per hour **depending on experience, we are a small business so you must be suited to this type of environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22-30 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)
