Grace Quality Care is seeking a **female support worker, preferably of Muslim background and aged 20-27**, to support a young woman living with **OCD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)** in Mickleham.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- One-on-one support within the home and local community
- Encourage participation in structured activities and social routines
- Emotional regulation support and companionship
- Promote safety, confidence, and independent living skills
- Respect cultural practices and personal preferences

**Essential Criteria**:

- Female support worker (required by client)
- Aged 20-27 (to promote peer-like engagement)
- Preferably of Muslim background to align with cultural needs
- Understanding of or experience supporting clients with OCD and ASD
- Patient, engaging, and emotionally attuned
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Cert III/IV in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Police Check
- Australian Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination
