Casual Educator

Green Leaves Early Learning is committed to creating a fun, engaging learning atmosphere for our little ones (and our teams) across Australia. We’re currently recruiting Casual Educators for an immediate start for our wonderful centre located in the Mickleham area.
Our Superheros must be able to read upside down, back to front, and be prepared for several interruptions with questions such as “Why are caterpillars always so hungry?”
- Be prepared to perform loud songs and dance whilst being laughed at by children under 6
- Be an expert at preparing and serving imaginary snacks and ensuring that the pretend pot of tea is not too hot
- Prior experience in the distribution of cozy hugs (essential)
- Be able to count tiny heads in quick succession can you count to 25? You’ve got this
- Able to breathe fire like a dragon, flap your wings like a fairy and roar like a tiger.
- Not afraid to get messy with substances including paint, slime, or mud.

**Eligible early education superheroes must be**:

- An Australian citizen OR permanent resident.
- Aged 16 years or older and hold or be working towards a Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and care.
