Total Trailer Parts are a trailer & caravan parts supplier with a busy ecommerce & retail outlet & we are on the hunt for a spare parts interpreter/salesperson superstar to join our team.

Ideally you will have 4 years or more experience in the auto parts industry in a mechanical or parts sales related field & have the desire to learn our specialised products.
- **Key attributes**:_
- Experience in providing sales assistance or technical/mechanical experience within the trailer, caravan, automotive or similar industry.
- Client focused & excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills
- Self-motivated & reliable with the maturity to work without direct supervision
- Be a team player with high attention to detail
- Solid time management skills
- Display a positive attitude & work ethic
- Punctual & hold a current drivers licence
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Use supplier information & catalogue system to identify & determine the right parts for customers.
- Prepare quotes & invoices for the sale of special orders.
- Picking & packing of ecommerce orders.
- Stocktakes & inventory management.
- Receiving, checking stock & processing returns or warranty claims.
- Keeping the showroom and warehouse organised & clean.

This is a full time position with set weekday hours & no requirement to work weekends.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Performance bonus
