**How will I Help?**
Within Customer Banking Services (CBS), the Everyday Banking Operations (EBO) business, the Reconciliations team works predominantly on reconciliation and investigative activities related to transactional accounts and Industry Clearing streams.

This position exists to assist in reconciliation and financial control of approximately 400 operational reconciliations under management. These reconciliations are to be undertaken in accordance with the Reconciliations and Wrap Policies. You will reconcile executes on Westpac Group protocol, policies and procedures when completing all tasks, whilst also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement for team and business processes.

**What do I need?**
To succeed in this role, you will have proven administration experience with experience within Industry settlements for Paper Clearing, Direct Entry, Cards, Mastercard & VISA and demonstrate great understanding for operational reconciliations being highly regarded. You will be a clear and confident communicator to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and to provide excellent customer service standards.

You will have great attention to details skills and articulate in performing tasks to ensure effective audit rating and adherence controls are in place respectively. A degree in Finance is highly desirable, but not essential.
