**Description**:
Verifications analysts are responsible for making outbound and answering inbound customer/supplier inquiries related to validating supplier payment details as part of the payment verification activities. Outbound calls are not cold calls as suppliers have already supplied details that we call to verify. This is a very important role within our business

Details of the role are:

- Accurately make outbound customer verification inquires through all call and non-call channels.
- Respond accurately and timely to inbound customer and supplier verifications inquiries.
- Assist Customer Service Management Team with customer vetting, qualifying, set-up and escalations.
- Participate in service recovery initiatives with customers and other Eftsure departments.
- Complete assigned front line non call work activities in agreed timeframes.
- Support continuous improvement process by making constructive, cost effective suggestions.
- Work with the other Eftsure Support Teams to ensure best outcomes for customers and the business.
- Participate in ongoing Training and Skills development for professional improvement.
- Ensure that attendance and timeliness are in line with team and customer expectations.
- Ensure own and other Team Member safety through following protocols and reporting issues.
- Any other reasonable tasks as delegated by the wider business or Verifications leadership teams.
- Appropriate use of all workplace tools and resources to perform role to mitigate fraud on customers.
