**About the Role**
Come join us in the major digital transformation for business banking at BOQ Group Bring your top-notch Analyst experience and work with a cross functional group to iterate and deliver outstanding digital experience for our customers.
As Analyst for Business Banking, you be working within the BOQ Group Technology and reporting to the Senior engineering manager - Business Banking Digital. You will play a key part of the product team responsible for the following:
- Business Banking Online Banking
- Business Banking Mobile Application
- Temenos Journey Manager
- Other digital assets supporting the business
Key responsibilities include:
- Streamline and manage CICD pipelines for digital platforms
- Liaise with stakeholders to analyse, determine, troubleshoot, and solve platform issues
- Contribute to the development and delivery of system change into production
- Lead platform migration initiatives
- Provide advice, guidance, and challenge stakeholders to help them find a solution to their business needs
- Identify possible ways to streamline or improve current or new processes
- Review, test and confirm adherence of each deliverable to the defined acceptance criteria
- Provide support and assistance to level 1 & 2 support teams
- Ensure internal document quality standards are maintained.
**About you**
- Must have at least 5+ years’ experience as systems analyst or similar roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Experience working in DevOps environment
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Working knowledge on Azure or other complementary cloud experience (desirable)
- Display excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate at all levels in a clear and unambiguous manner
- Highly empathetic towards customers and can influence product leaders using design thinking to help develop an iterative product roadmap, including new features & regular product releases.
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and other collaboration tools
- Experience in any the following of the products: Sandstone Bankfast, Temenos Journey Manager, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar internet banking / digital products.
- Demonstrable experience working in a technology/engineering environment.
- Highly developed analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
