This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner based in Queensland to join a well-known multinational brand that places huge value on social responsibility. As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for Partnering with your stakeholders across the region to support all People & Culture matters and drive the national People & Culture agenda.

Reporting to the Head of People your responsibilities will include:

- Coaching and upskilling regional managers in relation to any people related matters; whether that be performance management or grievances.
- Providing guidance on change management initiatives within the business.
- Getting involved with ad hoc projects with the central business support team.
- Working in conjunction with the operations team to identify any skills gaps within the organisation and putting together recommendations for training programs.
- Planning and leading on engagement activities across the business, in the hope of retaining top talent.
- Working on succession planning; identifying high achievers and putting together personal development plans.

To be successful for this opportunity you will need:

- Proven experience within a similar HR Advisory or Business Partnering role.
- Retail, Hospitality or multi-site experience.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- The ability to be mobile; the role is field based and will require regular travel.
