Duties will vary and include a combination of;- Accounts payable : input supplier invoices, track overhead costs and employee expenses, weekly supplier payment reporting
- Payroll : assist with fortnightly payroll
- Reporting: assist Finance Manager with regular and ad hoc management reporting including cash and expenditure
- General administration : updating SAP system in support of your tasks being performed
- Projects : assist project teams with financial inputs into cost saving projects

**Requirements**:

- To be successful you will need to have the following skills and background;
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to communicate clearly at all levels across the business and with suppliers and customers (verbal and written).
- A strong work ethic and drive to get things done.
- Be organised with excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to resolve competing priorities.
- Be able to follow current processes and procedures.
- Ideally 2 years in a bookkeeping, financial administration or equivalent role.
- Finance qualifications of Diploma or above (Accounting Graduates also considered).
- General experience or exposure working with a finance system.
- Proficiency in data entry; intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Australian citizenship, or a valid visa to work in Australia.
- Enjoy working as a part of a small team.
